The rodeo finals will also feature renowned country-singer Kenny Hess, who has shared the stage with big names like Garth Brooks, Vince Gill, Merle Haggard, Tanya Tucker, Brooks & Dunn, as well as a performance by Trick Rope artist Tomas Garcilazo.
